Shipping is calculated at the checkout depending on your country and the price of the item you purchase. All items Ready to Ship are shipped as soon as possible after purchasing, and are sent tracked and insured, and a tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your item has been shipped. If you have any special requirements for our shipping, please send a message or email after purchase.

RETURN POLICY

Ready to Ship Wigs
We accept returns on Ready to Ship wigs only.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return.
• The wig must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition (lace uncut, no signs of wear or styling).
• Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions via email.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

🚫 Custom Orders
Please note that custom-made wigs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, as they are made specifically to your individual requirements.

We encourage all customers to double-check order details before placing an order to ensure accuracy.
